Flat Eye
What Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that Flat Eye is an upcoming resource management simulator for Windows PCs. This game takes a unique twist on the simulation formula, because players will gain tutorials and instruction from an artificial intelligence known as the Flat Eye system, fulfilling the requests of customers and shoppers. As a manager or a clerk of a gas station, you'll interact with the system, learning which shelves need to be stocked, which bathroom stalls need to be maintained, and which pumps need maintenance. But since this is a futuristic station, it also provides more than the traditional items you'd expect at a convenience store. For instance, would you expect to go to a gas station and get surgery, gain a clone of yourself, or possibly become immortal? At your Flat Eye station, you'll have the option to install experimental technology into your store for your customers, testing out some of these innovations on your patrons and determining the impact it will have on their lives (and humanity as a whole). These moments will have a tongue in cheek response to keep these scenarios light, such as the AI making Tim Curry and Clue Movie jokes. As you progress, you'll have to balance the needs of customers with the needs of the store, trying to find out what the best path happens to be for everyone involved. There should be multiple branching storylines that will allow you to replay and gain new plots to explore, but there shouldn't be any inappropriate content included in the title.
