Fine

Ok, not that violent, no blood. Fine if your kid has played similar shooting games before.

I really really really love this game. The only few bad parts are the majority of the community (which are between the ages of 7 and 12, or think they own the world) as well as the fact that there has not been an update for this game in about a year and a half or so. If you are a star wars fan and like games that require skill, then this game is for you. (also not that if you and your friends want to play together, you must be on the same platform. (ex. pc and pc or console and console)

One of the BEST Star Wars games

This game is, and continues to be, one of the greatest and most-played Star Wars games. Even after the developers stopped making content, people still play it. As for content, the online interactions (like playing with other people online and the built-in chat to some game modes) could be a concern. As the chat is not monitored or monetized, some things could slip in. For the most part though, everyone that I have come across is courteous and polite, with some playful banter. While the case could be made that it is a violent game (you ARE shooting at people or cutting them with a lightsaber), it has no blood, gore, or disembodiment. As a side note, there are no ads or in-game purchases. This is nice because no one can be better than their skill level; no one can pay a whole bunch of money and max out a character at the beginning. It can be a little hard getting a foothold, as the mechics can be challenging and frustrating at first. Once you get the hang of it though, it is really fun! One of the great things about BF2 is all the modes you can play; from a single-player campaign to a 4v4, to huge hundred-player battles. It can take a while Super fun, great game, 10/10 would recommend!

star wars

well i will start with that this game is based on the popular series star wars and the movie's are not that violent, yes I understand that there is blood in the movie there is not in the game. I know some parents will be paranoid about guns and violence but in the star wars movies there heads being chopped off all the time and people getting shot in the shoulder, and its not even real guns there blasters. Parents if your child is ten and up I think this game is fine.

Terrible game mechanics

I would normally tell you you child would have a difficult and strategic time playing this game. But EA ruined it with the Jedi and the Sith and the other hero’s in the game. Largely in part because these units just alone can tilt the entire battle so sideways there is no room for recovery. It leaves the player more and more frustrated and upset. That in the end they just can’t complete the objectives because they are torn apart on the field leaving no skill involved. It’s not a game for players that want to play to learn. It’s one where EA invested money and just threw it out there to just get money back. With no interest for its consumer player base what a terrible job.

Fun when you can play online

The game is great, fun in fact. However, that's IF you are able to get connected online. Single player is fine, but I purchased the game for the online experience and that is the problem. 80%+ of the time, I get an error code stating that I can not connect online. Over and Over, and since Origin and Epic Games decided to not give the ability for Players to review games, I must do it here. So, short story, DO NOT BUY if you plan to play online. Becuase there's a huge chance that you wont be able too and get stuck at an error screen.
