Relaxation Apps for Kids with ADHD
If your kid has ADHD or sensory processing issues, transitions, frustration, and situations with too much sensory input can be extra challenging. While doing things like practicing meditation can be really helpful, there's no one-size-fits-all solution to finding relaxation: Little kids may need to build some skills to manage feelings, and older kids may need a more subtle path to serenity.
