Frozen is TERRIBLE. Yeah, everyone's raving about it on Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and pretty much every social network, but about 90% probably haven't seen the movie since December. I went to see the movie in the cinema, and thought it was, at best, okay. The songs were good, and I loved Let it Go. Don't get me wrong, I still love the soundtrack, just not the actual movie. Then I read about it on websites and social media, and eventually grew to believe I loved it. When, actually, I didn't. I went out and bought the DVD, which was the biggest waste of £17.99 ever. Yes, £17.99. That's how much they're charging for it. Olaf is not even funny, just annoying. Elsa's a psychopathic b*tch, Kristoff's creepy and Anna just makes fun of Disney. "Love is an Open Door" mocks movies like Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and The Little Mermaid. Then when Elsa says that "You can't marry someone you just met"... Do Disney seriously WANT to destroy their whole reputation? Don't get me wrong, I'm a Disney fanatic. I could quote movies like Mulan, Tangled, Brave, Pocahontas and Aladdin for hours on-end. The GOOD ones. I could WATCH those movies (and more) for DAYS on end. With Frozen, I'd want to die after forty minutes. The beginning is cute, when they're little kids. Anna's song when she's little is annoying, but the acting is good. Then... No. It just gets terrible. Don't even bother watching this movie. Everyone says this is all about feminists. You want Disney feminism? Watch Mulan or Brave. They are much more entertaining and better Disney movies. The 'sisterly love' portrayed in Frozen? Go watch Lilo and Stitch. A funnier, better movie. Don't even bother with Frozen, it's terrible. I will cry if Disney make any movies like this. I. WILL. CRY.
