realistic graphic brutal violence

Brutal, sick movie though wonderfully written and quite good. Lots of language and drug and sexual content, including nudity. Very mature, not at all for kids. Great mystery/action thriller

A mature but well done thriller

Language is very strong with over 150 F bombs, a scene of female nudity and sexuality, and also very intense and bloody violence, some of the scenes can be gory and disturbing

Incredibly graphic and violent action thriller is gory but great and brilliant.

This shocking and extremely violent drug movie resolves around a DEA agent named Breacher or John is in-charge of a team that is bent of taking down powerful drug companies in Atlanta, GA. A few years ago, his wife and son were murdered by a powerful drug lord company that he has still now, not forgiven, and wants his team to finally take them down for all. In one mission, they try to take back the money that drug lords had, which includes 10 million dollars, but someone stole it. Suddenly, as there mission starts, members of the team are murdered in gruesome ways, and now Breach and his team have to find who took the money, and who should they kill next? Violence 5/5: Extremely strong, graphic and bloody DEA and drug lord violence is show constantly, from the first scene to the last. Many characters are blown up, shot, stabbed, gutted, hanged from roof tops, hit by trains, get in car accidents, or get bashed/beaten to death. A sniper is shot directly in the head with close up as blood splatters and flies through the air briefly. A woman is tortured, shot in the head, and stabbed with plenty of gory wounds and splattering blood. Graphic and gory wounds. A woman starts to have sex with a man, but then shoots him several times with blood spurts and ending in a disturbing mess. A man is stabbed and gutted of screen, but he seen stuck to a roof with his organs and guts shown as well a huge amount of blood. An innocent young lady on a bike is graphically hit by a car as blood covers and spills on the car. A woman's face is sent to her husband off-screen. A woman is seen in the back of a car in a car accident covered in gory wounds, and blood, as then she is shot with blood splatters. A man is shown inside an RV only to get destroyed by a train, his guts are shown around the site. A mans head is decapitated as he rides into the back of a car with blood flowing. A man is seen sitting inside of a diner, as then he is shot in the head close up with blood splatters with a sniper gun. Tons of shooting and stabbing. A man is stabbed and sliced many times with blood splattering, and then he is stuffed inside of a freezer. A man is shot execution style with blood spurts. Very gory crime scene photos are shown. Many explosions, intense scenes with woman and children in danger. Disturbing references to rape. In a very long, extremely graphic party sequence shows a man being shot in the head next to a ice cub tube as blood gurgles and splatters onto the ice, a woman is hit in the head with the but of a gun as blood spurts, a mans head is bashed into a sink, a few men and woman are shot in the head and legs with blood splattering in extremely graphic slo-mo. Loads of graphic, disturbing videos are shown on a computer screen. Other violent and shocking scenes. Sexual content and nudity 4/5: A few graphic strip club scenes show naked breasts and bottoms, as well as a lesbian couple making out naked with one woman groping the other woman's breasts. A clothed couple is seen thrusting into one another on a bed as she removes his pants and removes her bra briefly, but before they can do the act, things turn violent. References to giving oral sex to a "tranny." A few couples are seen making out furiously. Many graphic conversations and references to oral sex, masturbation, pornography, rape, anal sex, and "f--king." Many couples kiss and start to undress. Implied sex. A man is briefly seen giving oral sex and a rim job to a striper with her pubic hair and genitalia briefly seen. Language 5/5: Constant, offensive, and extremely strong language including hundreds of uses of "f--k" "s--t" "ass" "b---h" "c--t" "c--ksucker" "c--k" "d--kface" "motherf--ker" "a--hole" "s--tface" and even quite uses of the "N word." Many other offensive and strong language that aren't really curse words. Crude sexual references and "f--k" is used sexually dozens of times. Drugs and drinking 4/5: Tons of drinking and taking drugs, almost constantly. The team is bent on taking down drug lords, and drugs is a huge part. A man takes a sip of crystal meth. A few party scenes show the main characters smoking joints, drinking vodka, taking pills, and getting high/drunk. A strip club scene shows a man drinking vodka, and many others passing out because they took too many drugs or alcohol. Many drug and alcohol references. A few characters have drug and hard alcohol problems. This movie is really good, entertaining, brilliant, and though-provoking, but shockingly violent, brutal, tons of drugs, and it's filled with sex and swearing. As Common Sense said, the most violent movie the action star has ever made. My rating:R for strong sequences of bloody action violence throughout including disturbing and emotional images, some strong sexual content including brief graphic nudity, pervasive language, and alcohol/drug use.

Good, But Not For Faint Hearted

Good film. violence is very frequent. With strong threats and grapic shootouts it can be quite disturbing. Strong references of drugs and drug taking is featured in this film. References to meth and heroin. Sex is infrequent. One scene is at the start and another scene is about 20 min in.

Disgusting

This movie was ridiculous in every way. The storyline was lacking. There is no positive message. The violence was just extreme, excessive, and unnecessary as well was the language. There is really no reason to ever watch this movie. It's closer to a horror film than dram/thriller

Even though it was gory and violent it was still a good movie

While nothing extremely amazing and special I thought that his was actually a pretty decent film. Even though I consider this decent some may not because of it's gory violence that isn't camera shy. There are two scenes of breasts one of which includes two girls briefly kissing, and another very brief scene in a strip club. There is one scene of partial nudity where a girl is swimming, and there is one implied sex scene. There is strong language that is used frequently, and there is some drug content as well. The main concern I could see from parents is the violence which is pretty graphic and not for those who are against violence
