Parents will be bored

The 7-year-old enjoyed it, but it's tedious for parents. Bad acting, bad writing. The script deviates significantly from the book, and the worst deviation is that Pippi shows fear and sadness several times. Pippi is supposed to be practically a superhero! But she's not at all in this movie. The actress isn't nearly charming or kooky enough to pull off the role, and she's way too old.

eh.

Nothing spectacular, but children will enjoy Pippi's spunk.
