Great for teens

This movie turned out to be better that I thought it would be. It was very exciting, and funnier than I expected. I liked who it all turned out.

Lots of laungage.

It's a good movie. Laungage is unapropiate. Parents should at least watch first. One f bomb can be clearly seen but not heard. iffy or possibly on for 12 good for mature teens that can handle laugnage. P.S kids that are 11 and 12 don't just say it's on for that age because you watched it and you liked it. Think outside the box.

Good action movie

This movie was really good! I was on the edge of my seat the entire time! However, I rated this iffy for 12 because there was a lot of swearing. Also, Will's foot is pretty bloodied up too.

High intensity and little plot

Interesting and true story film is great fir teens, but lacks heart and plot. Content: Violence: explosions, car crashes, deaths, car chases, and talk of domestic abuse Sex: a scene in hooters and a brief kiss Language: 1-2 uses if f**k. Over 15 uses of ass and g*ddamn. 2-3 uses if the middle finger. 3-4 uses if b*tch and one of bastard. MY RATING: PG-13// for thematic material, violence, and strong language

Fun, breezy time with Denzel and a train

Filled with a lot of notable character actors, "Unstoppable's" two leads bond fairly well for the small screen time given to their development. It's a fairly by the numbers but exciting action flick, and since it was Scott's swan song before his suicide, it's a fine tribute to his action-filled body of work.

This is good.

Nice film. It has great, exciting action. I'm a HUGE sucker for action films. This film is a little forgetable though.

Incredible!

Best thriller ever, but there is foul launguege and a refrence to hooters, not much in violence only an explosion, one death, and tradgedy in the balence the whole movie. This is a movie based on maturity and what your kid can handle. Great Movie

Good for 13+

This is a compelling, suspenseful thriller about a train that goes loose on the tracks and is headed right for a city. It is violent, but not with fighting and guns; the trains kill people, injure people, and just miss others. There is no sex or drinking, but there is language. Milder words like d-mn, h-ll, -ss, etc, as well as insults like idiot, are spread throughout the movie. Other words like a--hole, p---y, and Godd-mn are used. There is also moderately strong language such as sh-t, b-tch, and one use of f-ck in the film. However, it is filled with positive role models and positive messages that are sure to stad out more than the language and intense action violence. Good for 13+

Good

This movie was good.Denzel Washington and Tony Scott did a great job. The ending was great. The only bad thing was you didn't know when someone would die or not.

Really good film with great role models

Really good film. It has brilliant role models who are prepared to risk their lives to save a town that if the train isn't stopped it will destroy as it is filled with highly hazardous chemicals . The language wasn't that bad and some of the reviews are over reacting, so please go and see it

A Suspenseful Must-See!

This was a great movie. The acting was very good, so were the special effects. Very well written. Unstoppable is about an unstoppable runaway train in PA, heading straight for densely populated areas. Will it be stopped in time, or will the population of Stanton be crushed? Unstoppable was very suspenseful, the fact that this movie is based on a true story makes it even more so. It did have a lot of swearing, bad words like d*** head, a**hole and s*** were used. A fieldtrip of small children is very nearly killed, and a train conductor dies during a failed attempt to slow the train. However, Will and Frank have to trust eachother and work together, which I think is a positive message. I think that everyone 13+ should be able to handle it, and more mature kids age 11+ should be able to watch it as well, just be sure to inform your children which language they can and can't use.

Suggested MPAA Rating: PG-13 for language and sequences of action/peril. Really, the movie would be PG without the language. The MPAA Rating says some language, but really it is abundant. Most all of it is in the first 40 minutes of the movie, and is fairly clean the rest of the movie. Strong language in the first 40 minutes include: Many many uses of sh**, and lots of d*mn, d*ckhead, b**ch, hell, g*dd*mn, one f**k, p**sy, a**h*le, a**, a couple 'fingers', b*st*rd, etc. Most all of the language is used as an insult, and in heated arguments. My 12 year old brother was "dismissed" from the living room and sent away due to language.

You will want to stop and watch Unstoppable

Unstoppable is a very good movie, the movie does have some language and some violence but not to bad. Some kids might just find it boring. The acting was very good, and so was the special effects. Overall, great movie.

most double digit ages will be mature enough to not repeat bad words and be able to take the violence

I loved this movie. Even though it has frequent cussing and violence, it delivers a positive message about teamwork to anyone who watches it, espesially the smart ones.
