Common Sense is missing an offending lyric. :)

I'm just going to mention the sly reference to a sexual act in the song "Down to Earth." I think it is hilarious that Common Sense missed that one. The line is: "It's like making love to a tv. It's kind of novel, but it's miles away from satisfying." It's apparent to me what he is referring to. ;) It's interesting because Common Sense tends to overexaggerate the content in things, but they missed that. Anyways, BNL is great. You'll have a hard time finding a cleaner modern band and they're pretty much some of the most talented guys in the industry, so check out the album regardless.

barenaked ladies are men

Families can talk about the lyrics in "Fun and Games." Why that title when the lyrics say things like "they were shocked and they were awed and they were blown in half"? What are they saying about the world? Is it effective to try to get your message out in a song? If you could write a song that spoke to your values, what would it say?
