"C'mon" (CD Single)

Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that "C'mon" is a typical youth anthem about partying, hooking up, and living in the moment. Although the lyrics are clean, the content is iffy as it glorifies casual sexual encounters and not worrying about the consequences. There are a few mentions of drinking. The strange video shows Ke$ha and some lifesize furry friends wrecking a grocery store and partying it up on a Scooby-Doo-like "Dream Machine."
What's the story?
Is it any good?
"C'Mon" is catchy and fun -- just like most of Ke$ha's singles. Ke$ha talk-sings much of the song, but the once unique signature to her music is now losing its charm. Sure to be a hit with teens and dance-floor types, "C'Mon" is still just more of the same from the proverbial "party girl." Perhaps that's all her fans want: an upbeat club beat to "live in the moment" by. Other songs on Warrior reveal a different, more interesting side to Ke$ha that she will hopefully show more in the future. But by the looks of her "C'Mon" video, Ke$ha's not ready to grow up just yet. (Just ask her friends the Cat, the Owl, and the Bunny.)
Families can talk about...
Families can talk about the appeal of an artist like Ke$ha. Do you think people are drawn to her "bad girl" side? Would she be as popular if she sang sweet ballads?
Why do you think Ke$ha is so successful? Do you think she will still be popular in 10 or 20 years?
