"Moves Like Jagger" (CD Single)
A lot or a little?
The parents' guide to what's in this music.
What parents need to know
Parents need to know that this song debuted on the hit show The Voice, where Adam Levine performed with Christina Aguilera. It plays on the sexy image of Mick Jagger and is full of bravado and minor innuendo. There's one "s--t," but it's otherwise clean on the language front. The song isn't as edgy as a lot of pop music out there now, but the references to alcohol and sexiness make it best for teens and up.

What's the story?
Is it any good?
Although die-hard M5 fans will probably be cringing at the radio-ready, commercial pop sound of "Moves Like Jagger," they still won't be able to stop themselves from dancing to it. It's incredibly catchy, with a light melody that Levine floats through and bass and drum-heavy music that's perfect for summer. The lyrics and music may not be Maroon 5 at their best, but you won’t care because the song is so much fun to listen to.
