Amazing.

This album is amazing but skip the use of sh*t in money.

This is my favourite album. Heard it over 5 times. And yes, the age recommendation is serious.

I'd like to say that I set the age at 5 with one thing: if your family is sensitive to language, the track "Money" has the lyric "Don't give me that do goody-good bullsh*t" but you can easily get it clean on iTunes. With my personal preferences, I like it unedited, but it's your choice. The only other isolated profanity on the track is at the very start where faint dialogue appears and some people miss it --- he says "I've been mad for f*cking years, absolutely years". Otherwise, this album is a compilation of mellow music in a "concept album" --- that being where an album a) tells a story or b) has a uniting theme through all tracks. This album probably won't interest anyone under 13, but I could be wrong, and even then, some teenagers may not be interested. And why do the markers here say "too much"? There's not too much of anything! Then again, different strokes for different folks. The main themes of this album involve mental illness and just the human condition in various forms. The lyrics are somewhat enigmatic, but that's what I love about it. Listen, enjoy and thankyou for reading.

The Most Universal Album Ever Assembled

Your kid will listen to this for life. It should be a crime not to play this song for your kid. It will grow with him throughout life. They will fall asleep with the rockabye baby version from ages 2-6. They will play it on the piano or some instrument from ages 6-8. They will hear it on a cool spur of the moment top down car ride on Mulholland Dr from ages 8-10. They will start listening to it more by choice from ages 10-14. And Finally from ages 14-18 they will make out or get high to the album. Not encouraging your kids to smoke weed. But from those ages it is common. Just saying it like it is. Overall AMAZING album
