DON'T LISTEN TO THE REVIEW

This is a fantastic album. The reviewer must have switched around an accurate review for Justin Beaver with an accurate review for Three Days Grace. It doesn't send a bad message just because your weird head finds it boring. It's anything but boring. There are a few profanities, violent images, and drug and drinking references, but it's a great album. Recommend it for older kids and teens.

Uplifting and Inspiring through hard times

Ignore the review, as its just someones bad opinion instead of giving facts. Its a great album, full of great unique songs. Each song shows a new emotion, so a little bit for everyone. There is a couple drug metaphors, but they'll go over your kid's heads. Also, they can be taken for another different meaning. There is a song about hating and loving someone. Theres also a couple F-bombs, but theres worse at school. Overall, a great album for a great, new band, at the time

What d*ck head said this band is bad?

It is not that bad of language, just a few references to drugs, this band is amazing! People who say they are bad have no taste in music

Honestly, common sense media has no taste in music

Dont listen to the review, three days grace rules, this album is rock and hard rock at its best. My favorite songs on this album are "wake up" (which talks about a guy trying to get back with his ex girl), "born like this" (i really dont know what this songs about but its still an awesome song) "home" (a person who has abusive parents), "burn" (not really sure what this ones about either), "now or never". Maybe im getting a little carried away, i love just about every song on this album. Anyway, this album isn't that bad as far as parental concern, theres on use of f--k and one song has multiple uses of sh-t in the main chorus, and one song says "where the hell are you??!!" in the main chorus, other than that there isnt much language. Overall, three days grace is awesome and so is this album, so dont listen to common sense medias review.

Generic Teen Angst Pander Band

The band is extremely uninspired and generic. It's an okay band for kids around 12 - 16 or so, as the lyrics consist of nothing more than your run of the mill teen angst pandering. I suggest getting kids to listen to more refined music, like some jazz or classical, but in the end it is teen friendly.

Not Boring!

Geez, try to be a little more open-minded! It's great music and while there may be some "language", it's good stuff, and it is NOT generic, though I do prefer the second album.

Depressing and deep. Truely Amazing

This album is filled with lyrical depth. "Home" describes a bad family situation in which a kid feels his house is not a home because of bad parents. The album subtly puts down shallow sexuality several times "Wake up", while being the most sexually and language explicit in the album describes an either emotionally or physically abusive boyfriend yelling at his girlfriend. "I must be running out of luck, cause she's just not drunk enough to f---" are the deep yet more adult lyrics from the song. The album is depressing as heck because it's messages are somber and straightforward.
