This solid latest installment of the Bosch crime drama franchise picks right up where the original series left off. As Bosch, Honey Chandler, and Maddie negotiate the changes in their personal and professional lives, they are also tasked with figuring out how to stay true to what they believe in while navigating the rules and procedures imposed on them when investigating, arresting, and defending alleged criminals. Meanwhile, like its sister series, each episode centers on the hard-edged Bosch, who has lost faith in the legal system, but still tries to do good. Overall, fans of the franchise will find Bosch: Legacy entertainingly familiar.
