When I first saw a commercial for this show, I was getting ready to view a cliche, horrible, stereotypical, hypocritical, etc. show. Aside from the actors and the messages they bring, the scripts, people and everything else show negative attitudes and behavior. Now to begin with the main actors in the show:
Jessie- A 19 year old teenage from Texas, who is a terrible actor. Her scripted jokes are terrible. She is a horrible nanny, she acts like if she doesn't even care for the children. It's like one of them get lost and she doesn't notice, and her acting is terrible. She doesn't even try to educate 4 spoiled brats into having a good behavior.
Ravi- Supposedly, an Indian which was adopted from India. His accent is so terrible it makes me want to punch him. His acting is also terrible.
Zuri- An African American adopted little girl. Disney spends its time making commercials about anti-bullying, when this character herself and other characters from other Disney shows are bullying the characters. Zuri is a spiked brat that bullies people like Ravi and others.
Luke- Another spoiled brat who has the Down syndrome. He spends his time drooling over his 19 year old nanny, stalking her, following her and even violating her own room. His script has him as a perverted character in which has a crush on Jessie. Disney thinks they can make anyone a dancer or singer, like this boy. In my opinion his dancing is terrible and not cool, he should give up that career and find another one, other than musical and acting.
Emma- Another girl, also with the down syndrome who can't think for herself. She's a rich spoiled brat like the other 3 characters who's fashion obsessed with clothes, shoes, pants and hats.
Bertram- The lazy butler who can't do anything unless the parents of the four spoiled brats are at home. He's lazy and doesn't do anything much at all around the home.
So what kind of example is this show from Disney setting for the minds out there watching this show? Disney failed, and continues making shows like this, which will only continue to fail. It pisses me of how people defend this garbage, and most of them are 8 year olds according to how they say, "stop hating haters" , "stop being mean, haters". There are so many more flaws to this show, and so much more I would like to say. But like you reading this, and I, we both have lives outside a computer, tv, tablet, or phone.
That is all.
