A Lot or a Little?
What you will—and won't—find in this TV show.
No lessons are learned and people generally behave selfishly and respond with violence to most situations.
Positive Role Models
Porky Pig tries to behave and do his best, but he's also driven to violence by Daffy Duck. No one comes out looking good in a Looney Tunes cartoon; everyone is out for themselves.
Violence & Scariness
Daffy gets choked and attacked by Porky. Both animals get crushed by desks and branded by a fiery poker, but as usual with Looney Tunes, there's no lasting damage. A dog gets slapped by a rooster

Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that Looney Tunes Cartoons Back to School Special is an episode-length special from the series Looney Tunes Cartoons. This updated version of the classic cartoons is pretty true to the originals, which is both good and bad. Porky's stutter is still played for laughs, and there's lots of frenzied violence (no one stays hurt in the end). But there are some solid jokes, though this isn't your standard inspirational back-to-school fare.
Is It Any Good?
Most back-to-school specials have a little more to offer than this one, but longtime Looney Tunes fans will probably enjoy it. There's the usual pratfalls and hijinks, but everyone seems especially mean this time around, especially Daffy as he bullies Porky into sharing his test answers. Some of the old-school physical gags are laugh-worthy, but in this day and age, the rest borders on cringeworthy.
