It’s boring and everyone hates it

My 3 year old baby brother watches this. It is really boring and everyone in the house hates it, but he loves it. It’s full of color and detail and has good problem solving skills but other than that, nothing really educational. It seems like it’s just for the money. It’s pretty disappointing. But it might just be my age 😐

Okay show for toddlers

This is a lot like paw patrol for even younger kids who like trains. Easy and quick story lines. There are much better shows for two year olds as this one is fast paced.

Is It Any Good?

Where this series stands out is how relatable and funny its characters are. Mighty Express is executive produced by the creator of Paw Patrol, and at times it seems like a mashup between Paw Patrol and the 2010 train series Chuggington. By adding human kids into the mix, it's much easier for preschoolers to empathize with the characters when they talk about being scared or disappointed. There's still lots of train-related fun and adventure, but preschoolers can also learn important social-emotional lessons from the storylines. The series also does an excellent job appealing to both boys and girls and making sure that lots of types of kids are represented on screen -- it's pure preschool fun that kids will love and parents can feel good about.
