Glut of grade B content

The platform is a glut of grade B and poor quality selections, time consuming to navigate and try to select something of interest. There are no previews or trailers to help with selecting programs. We could not find sufficient family friendly content we could watch together or programs of interest for children under 10. The platform regularly froze and crashed on the Roku platform.

The subscription is not worth paying for. The content is very limited and didn’t interest anyone in our household. Their customer service is awful; unprofessional and argumentative. Took many tries to get this cancelled. Whole thing was a bad experience.
