Parents Need to Know

Parents need to know that this site consists mainly of fluffy games involving super-skinny doll characters and their fashion-centric lives.

What's it about?

My Scene offers sections called \"My Games,\" \"My Friends,\" \"My 'Zine,\" \"My Shop,\" and \"My Shows.\" Games range from makeup to makeovers. In \"Beauty Studio,\" you'll choose an animated female model and select hairstyles, hair color, streaking, makeup, and accessories. You can also test your fashion flair in \"Fashion Designer,\" where you pick outfits and color them online using patterns and solids. Satisfied? Print the model as a paper doll and then print all the colorful outfits separately, and you'll have a new toy. There are crafts and quizzes and horoscopes in the 'Zine. Other parts of the site describe the My Scene doll and accoutrement toy line and offer a link to online shopping for them.

Is it any good?

This site is OK as long as girls don't look up to these dolls as role models.
