I have not read it myself, but the summary makes it sound exactly like Evermore by Alyson Noel only with a gender parallel.

Perfect for tweens/teens. Young-ones not so much.
Loved this book! You find yourself sharing the characters emotions as you read it and relating to them kinda and Gena(author) did a good job by making such common fantasies(wolves, vampires, faeries, forbidden love) become so unique and different. I thought at first that the 4 souls in the head was kind of iffy and thought it was cheesy at first but now I think it was the perfect touch. Really well put together.

Intertwined Is A GREAT Book For Teens!!
I'e read this book twice now. Both times I ended up reading it in one sitting because I wouldn't dare put it down. This is a great book that involves vampires and werewolves (but nothing like the Twilight series....it's a lot better in my opinion) , souls trapped in minds (it's easier to understand while reading than it sounds). I definetly reccomend this book for teens who are looking for exciting, immortal fantasy that ISN'T cheesy. Be aware that there is fighting and some sexual thoughts and actions (but none of which an average teen hasn't thought by age 15 or experienced by age 17). I love to read, over the summer I will read about 30-50 books, this is definetly one of the best that I have ever read. Addition information: I am 14 yrs old, this book has 440 pages (hardback copy). I have read, then bought, and love this book. I definetly recommend it.

if youre not turned off by the overload of vampire/werewolf action
I've read this book and I found it very interesting. Only it has an overworked story line. It's different from other [newer]versions of vampires/werewolves books whereas it has other fantasy creatures involved and it's more, for lack of a better word, hardcore. (But not blood and guts gory, it's basically old school vampires) There's also no mention of how the book is split between Hayden and Mary Anns point of view. Just to let everyone know, because I wasn't very happy when I read that and it was a woman (I got this book because I thought it was from the males perspective). It's a good book for almost everybody that likes fantasy, though.
