What’s the Story?

With STAR WARS REVENGE OF THE SITH TV GAMES, kids play five traditional arcade games that feature Star Wars characters by simply plugging the Darth Vader-shaped controller into the A/V jacks of their television. Other controllers look like other Star Wars characters including R2-D2.

In one game, players become Obi-Wan Kenobi as he uses his light saber to deflect laser beams in a Pong-like arcade game. In another, kids fly a Republic gunship in the Clone Wars. Kids also have a chance to chase General Grievous as they guide Obi-Wan through enemy speedsters.

Is It Any Good?

The graphics aren't very sharp, and the controls are jumpy. But for $20, this game unit supplies five arcade games that are highly portable and appealing to Star Wars fans. Choose these games if you are looking for some Jedi interactive fun that is simpler than options found on the console systems or a computer. But don't expect more than average gameplay.
