Fun Racer!
A great racing game all the way around, great online racing as well. However they allow people to make their own cars designs and all. Although they have tried to mainly stop sexually explicit cars, they do still get up there for sell. So in general with on-line play, as with all on-line interaction; you need to monitor those younger. But only on online play, but best to just limit it to 13+ for online just to be safe.

A fantastic game for you gearheads...or want to be gearheads. My only concern is the online auctions. The creativity in the XBox Live community is amazing, however there is a good amount of sexual and drug/violence type art being done and there is currently no way to filter it out. Be careful with the young ones.

Very educational!!!!
You people need to consider that any game with Xbox live will have online interactions. Just don't get your child Xbox live. Plain and simple. This is very educational. If you actually want to be a real racer, this will teach you. Any other game like GT, NFS, or PGR (grand turismo, need for speed, project gotham racing) just teaches you to be reckless. This game will teach you the fundamentals of racing such as hitting the apex of a turn, the consequences of bumping opponents, the importance of tuning and performance upgrades, etc.
I strongly disagree with common sense's educational value rating.

Great for any age
The people who are mentioning the inappropriate cars in the marketplace should know that anyone who sells a car with anything that violates the Xbox Live terms of service will recieve a ban from Xbox Live.(there were some issues with inapropriate paint jobs for a little while after the game was released but the bans have eliminated them)

Any age for people who like racing games
This is a great racing game. and the actual physics of driving a car are very focused on. i.e. accerleration slows over hills, and around turns the car will start to lose control if taken too hard. certain ways of entering a turn will be more succesful just like in real life. very fun game. although a little difficult. Great for people who enjoy racing games

Not what it seems.
This is a game that has no issues until online. I'm not sure where to put online. The car designs are sexually explicit and that creates a huge issue. Offline, it's for everyone 6+. Otherwise, monitor the online actions.

great for anyone looking for the most realistic racer out for the Xbox 360
This game is great. The gameplay is realistic and fun, although it takes some getting used to. The steering is not like Burnout, Need for Speed, and stuff like that. It is very realistic. If your tires start to spin on a corner, your done for. Unless you have specially tuned your car for drift. If you are patient, and are willing to try the same race over and over a hundred times, then this game is perfect for you. If not, try out a more...unreal game...
