Parents need to know that this version of The Princess and the Frog most closely tracks the story of the movie. This is a platform puzzle/adventure game where the player takes on the role of Tiana. It also has cooking and music games. Princess Tiana is a positive role model for kids because she's generous, creative, giving, and someone who is willing to work hard to achieve her dreams.This is a totally different game than the one on the Wii or for the Leapster, although each of these games has the same name. This game connects to D-Gamer, where kids can create an avatar to chat and trade in-game items with others.

Tiana is a girl who is very driven by her desire to own her own restaurant and she is willing to work hard and be creative about how to reach her goals. She is always helpful to others and very supportive of her friends. She handles adversity (being turned into a frog) with grace, and never gives up hope.
Ease of play:
This is a platformer that is pretty easy to play. It is perfect for its targeted audience of girls ages 7 to 11. The character of Ray, the Cajun firefly, can be used as a guide to help you figure out how to navigate through the more complicated environments.
