You can beat someone over and over again with a sledgehammer until they are knocked out. They bleed all over the place but it looks like paint. A lot of wrestling moves are able to break someones neck. This shouldn't be copied, One reason to not buy this for a child. Maybe for someone mature. The sex in this is pretty moderate. The female wrestlers wear inappropiate outfits but its no worse than what you see on TV before the watershed. Overall its a mature game but isn't violent really.
