DRAWN: DARK FLIGHT HD is a classic adventure mystery in which kids move from scene to scene, picking up objects, discovering secrets that will unlock the puzzle, and entering fabulously rendered magical books and paintings. Accompanied by evocative instrumental music and voice narration, players work to solve the mystery and rescue Iris, who escaped the evil pursuing her by hiding in a book.
The app's objectives will lead kids through the story, with helpful hints as needed; the harder puzzles can be skipped. The individual puzzles can't be replayed but kids can play the story through as many times as they wish, and more than one player profile can be set to allow each player to go through the story at their own pace. The stunning visuals, challenging puzzles, and underlying message of the story make this app -- though pricey -- a keeper.
