Anyone who enjoyed old block-breaking games like Arkanoid or current retreads like Brickbreaker, will enjoy JET BALL. It's the same basic concept -- you slide your shelf back and forth at the bottom of the screen to bounce balls upward and shatter the bricks above -- but the "blocks" are often round, and many of them are in motion. The kinetic structures that must be broken up keep you constantly on your toes. And the power-ups are fun, exciting additions, including a magnet that allows you to grip the ball until you want to release it. Jet Ball feels like a real evolution in the genre.
