What's It About?

In MONKEY MATH SCHOOL SUNSHINE, kids cycle through nine different activities in random order. The activities range from simple addition and subtraction to shapes and sequences. A narrator gives clear direction throughout, and the monkey does flips when kids get the answer correct and shakes his head when they are wrong. All the activities have an ocean theme, adding a bit of fun. Every few problems, kids earn a prize for their aquariums, including exotic fish and sea horses.

Monkey Math School Sunshine is a solid, educational math app for kids that consists of fun activities and gentle guidance. There is no running score or high score list, so kids won't get discouraged if they have any trouble. The game includes some hints along the way if necessary, so kids of all abilities should be able to play the game. The added element of the aquarium encourages kids to answer more and more questions, to earn fish and other items for their aquarium. If something is tapped too quickly after a previous tap, sometimes the narrator talks over itself.
