In Princess Fairy Tale Maker, kids can choose from 32 background scenes, almost 200 different stickers, and many colors to create stories. The orientation and size of the stickers can be easily edited. When ready to record the action and soundtrack, kids simply hit the record button. During the recording, kids can move the stickers around to illustrate plot points, but they can no longer draw or alter the stickers. Kids can also color ready-made templates, and save all their creations.

Instead, Princess Fairy Tale Maker lets kids explore and just have fun with it. Kids can create some interesting art with atypical fairy tale settings, such as putting a princess in a photo of their own home or on the moon.
The illustrations are charming, and the characters are racially diverse. Though there are lots of choices, the types of characters are a little "girly" with fairies, princesses, ballerinas, and hula girls; it's a princess app, so that's expected. But the process of making your own animated tale is fun for all.

Really nice app
My 5-year old daughter loves this app. But the cost was a little high. Also the graphics should have been improved. Just saw another colorful rhyme priced at $0.99 named "Row Row Your Boat" which my daughter likes equally.

Great app for the imagination
This has been a fun app from the get go. And once my daughter realized she could record her telling her own stories our love for it exploded! Fun to play together or alone.
