What's It About?

Kids can have fun creating a fusion of visual and auditory art. Kids will draw on a blank screen while making a noise (or saying a word). As they draw and make noise, the microphone on the device records their voice, and changes in their tone change the color of their drawing. They can then replay their recording while tracing their picture.

Kids should have a blast exploring this fun and colorful app, which uses no menus and is very easy to jump into. The color of the paint changes depending on pitch, so kids can experiment by singing different tones to create a rainbow-like range of different colors. SINGING FINGERS HD encourages boundless creativity. A small complaint is that the sound quality of the recordings is far from perfect and often distorts or cuts out. It's the only glitch in an otherwise engaging app.
