this movie is awsome!!!!!!! i never get tired of watching it!!!!! BUT adults may find it childish, boring, and just plane wrong but if you have a child who is 6-13 years old dont not them watch it just because you dont like it because then they would be missing out on a GREAT ADN FUNNY movie that wil put a smile on there face when they are having a bad day or will make them laugh out loud when they want a laugh.

What Parents Need to Know
About Daddy Day Care
Parents need to know that the movie has some mildly naughty words ("butthead," "screw up") and a lot of potty humor. There is also some comic violence and slapstick (including a brief appearance by the Three Stooges). Kids may be troubled by the idea of a parent losing a job.

Families Can Talk About
- Families can talk about how Charlie learned about what was important to him and how members of their own families show each other that family comes first. They could also talk about what the children learn from Phil, Charlie, and Marvin. What makes Tony want to be himself instead of Flash? Why wasn't Crispin polite before and why is it so important that he learned to be polite from Charlie?

My review
This movie was hilarious, but younger kids shouldn't see it on account of the swearing, and some violance to it. The potty humor is funny, but younger kids probably wont get it.

This funny movie is definitely one I'd see again!
This cute movie is full of kid humor, but there is some adult humor to go with it. I think this movie will really be enjoyed by kids from the ages of 4-11. I'll bet that you'll get a good laugh out of this one!

insulting
this is the kind of movie that makes you think that movie producers think kids are stupid and willing to watch anything.

Movie shows "dads" in a positive light, caring and sensitive to their kids
My daughter and I enjoyed this movie. I was cautious at first, Mr.Murphy has been known to have a terrible "potty" mouth. But not true in this film. We enjoyed it, entertaining, funny and a good message about dads, shows them as caring and sensitive to the needs of their kids, it did not show the "moms" putting down their husbands, there was some potty humor, but it was not overt and it is true to real life...I'll see it again...

Absolutely hilarious for a nine year old boy.
Potty humor abounds in this movie. Farting and pooping and gross out jokes made the 8 nine year olds we went with roar with laughter. THere may be some language people don't like -- butthead etc. -- but on the whole, the positive role model of two caring dads doing what moms do advocating more fun and less "get ahead quick" thinking was refreshing and great for the boys to see. Eddie Murphy is just a riot. My husband hates these kind of movies and even he laughed. So did our 13 year old daughter. Fun for the family even if it wasn't an Oscar contender.

Really funny.
I really liked it when the kid missed in the bathroom. I thought the dads were great. I really liked it that Tony stopped being Flash and thought it was great how the dads helped the kids.
