The grudge isn't very good, so unless you really want to waste your time watching it, you shouldn't. It is a scary PG-13 movie, so it can't be too bad. Vey scary, some popups, and a crappy movie. Enjoy!

ok movie.
ok im 13 and i saw this - it's ok i can say that it did scare me and i have that movie like a shadow over me until like a month after i saw it. I love horror movies and for someone who is easily frightened by them or is very young this isn't the movie for them. But as the age is set to 15, i think that is a little to high, i think maybe 12 or 13 is a better age limit.

This movie is good. But know your kids before they see it because it can be really scary

Ha.
It was good. I liked it. Although, just like every other "scary movie", it didn't scare me. It wasn't horrible though, i got a good laugh at some parts.

For true ghost-story fans!
The Grude isn't for the immature type. Its a very serious film and has a very intense and dark tone. The flick will truely be appreciated if the viewer actually pays attention to the storyline. In the end, this is rewarding for fans looking for a gore free horror flick. Its smart and has the scream queen herself Sarah Michelle Gellar worth the watch for a few good jumps and a very well developed plot!

I laughed
this was not a good scary movie. It might be for somebody who hasn't seen one before and is just getting started. It seems to me that in every scary movie the main characters are so stupid that its funny, like why would you go into a house that has something living in it that eats people after you have been told that? Some parts of this movie might make you jump a little bit but the rest is just so stupid its funny.

If youre planning on watching this don't!!
This movie is the stupidest thing alive! It was scary yes, but it had no plot whatsoever and it didn't make any sense. When me and my friend finnished watching it, we just stared at the TV screen trying to figure out what happened. It's pretty clean aside from some violence but nothing too gory.

Terrible!
Wow, this movie was amazingly dumb. The plot is nonexistant, the scares are weak, and the whole thing makes very little sense. It's just a downright boring mess of a film, and isn't even scary unless you find little meowing kids completely freaky. There were a couple of mildly creepy scenes (the stair ghost) but besides that this is a flat-out awful 'horror' movie. As far as content goes, this film is too grisly for kids, and some will find it scary. A couple of mild sexual situations and plenty of pop-outs. Good for kids 13+

A Must See For All kids over 10!
This movie may be intense for a 9 year old, but really, it's about there retard ghost things that make clicking sounds and kill people.

Ow, my lower jaw!
Even after multiple viewings, the Stairs Scene still freaks me out. But it's really the smaller scenes that got me the most: The hand in the shower, Kayako under the covers, etc. Not for small children (but you already knew that, right?) or those who don't watch horror movies very often. As for the quality of the movie: Eh. It's got a creepy atmosphere and they DID get the original director, but most of the characters were just... annoying. Like "that blonde girl from every horror movie, ever" annoying. But I'm just here for the Kayako, anyway.

pretty freaky depending on who you are. its always different for every person. for examplemy 8 yearold son watched this movie without a problem and yet my 32 year old friends watched it at the same time and they went through the roof at every scary scene. a good movie altogether.

it was scary and funny
but i did not like the part when the little girl was walking down the stairs with BLOOD all over her body and that she was still walking when she was DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!
