Fine for toddlers, bad guy is a cute bear in a big metal suit
Very cloying and annoying to ME, but my 3 year old son loves it.
The only concern is some smaller children may be afraid of the "bad guy" but he is revealed to be a tiny bear in a big metal suit of armor, so he gets defanged pretty well.
Good messages: teamwork, its okay to make mistakes, family

I tried to watch this with my 2 1/2 year old daughter. It was too scary for her, so we didn't finish the movie. I think it depends on how sensitive your child is.

My daughter loves it!
My daughter was a little frightened of the Grizzle character, but there is so much about this movie she loves. She really likes the silliness of Oopsy and at the end when Oopsy tells the other Care Bears that even without their belly badges they still care she thinks that is so nice and it makes her happy.
