Not the best Bond film, but it's actually really good...that is, taking away 80% of the unnecessary CGI effects. Very violent for a Bond flick.
My rating: PG-13 [borderline with R] for frequent and intense sequences of action violence, sexual content/references/innuendo, some brief scenes involving drug and alcohol use, and for two uses of strong language.
[NOTE: The language is not really an issue, but it probably is part of what makes it PG-13: One person used "Oh, s**t," and when an enemy said to Jinx, "I can read your every move," Jinx famously replies by stabbing a book through her heart and sneering, "Read this, b**ch."]
