Hilarious movie!
This movie is so funny! We watched it a few weeks ago and I didn't notice anything particularly innapropriate. There's a really funny part where Max dances with a fat lady- I laughed sooo hard we had to pause the movie for me to go to the bathroom. Plus we couldn't hear the movie over my laughter!!!

A good movie with Sexual Innuendos.
This is a great movie but you need to be warned about the sexual content. There is a scene that resembles gay man sex but it's not really happening. Sexual Innuendos are quite common but they are not graphic. This movie is funny, but is a little stupid. If you don't like goofball comedies you won't like this one. Otherwise, this is a good movie.

I think that kids 9 or older are allowed to watch it is hilarious and it has great acting. Agent 99 and other people like that are very funny. If you like comedy this is your style movie!!Get Smart rocks

An Enjoyable Comedy
GET SMART succeeds at being a comedy, with many laugh-out-loud jokes. It succeeds at being an action thriller, with many engaging stunt/adventure pieces. It succeeds at being a romance, with a sweet love story. In fact, though it is far from the perfect movie, this film succeeds at almost everything it tries. Language is the biggest issue, with several "s**ts", "a*s"s, "d**n"s, and one "bi*ch". Some "hells" and other insults ("whore" and "dickhead") are thrown in on the side. A woman flips another off. There are some mild innuendos, consisting of 99 asking Max if he's "staring at her butt" while crawling through laser beams. A woman misinterprets Max's questions as an invitation to sex, and two men passing by misinterpret Max's attempt to move a man as inappropriate contact. There are several big booms and fires, and some people are shot, one point-blank in the head (no gore). There are threatening scenes and fistfights as well.

This movie is just okay....
This movie had a few funny moments, but was not very entertaining overall. I loved Get Smart so I was very disappointed. My kids did laugh frequently and I was not so happy about the language and nude butt at the end which got big laughs from the crowd (low brow em if all else fails). I would not buy the DVD or see it again.

Overall not that great but there were a few good laughs.
I would have never brought my children to see it if I had known about all the sexual banter/situations, gay man scene, and swearing. Smart/s charecter not only was staring at Agent 99's behind but also obviously up her dress. And Maxwell Smart's bare behind in the end of the movie did not thrill me. My 10 1/2 year old boy really was not thrilled with the movie either as he is starting to "get" some of the stuff in the movie and I think he was embarressed. He stated that he wished we had not gone to see it and it was inappropriate and not very good. I do not think common sense media did a very good job reviewing this movie.

agree with the others, but...
I took two rather mature 10 year olds to see it and I agree with the other reviews that it was mostly harmless. HOWEVER, there are two things not mentioned in other reviews that I wished I had known about before going: 1) a rather lingering "flipping" of the bird by a heavy girls at some thin girls 2) a sight gag about 2 men having sex against a table. I think this went over the kids' head, but I think it was out of place and distateful in an otherwise totally entertaining film. I laughed more than I've laughed in a movie in a long time.

I saw this movie twice already! It is one of my favorite movies! Get Smart is hilarious! The cast is amazing! It is`t that bad. In one scene Anne Hathaway asks Steve Carell if he`s staring at her butt. It has some sexual content but not much at all! I`ve seen much worse in pg-13`s! See this movie! You`ll love it

Perfect Remake of the old Series.
An almost Perfect Recreation of the Old hit Show, "Get Smart." There is quite a bit of sexual Indo, but nothing an 11-year-old Hasn't heard by now! There are a few parts involving kissing, like when Max kisses agent 23 (Note that Agent 23 is a GUY). The violence isn't something to get worked up about. There is shooting, and Max almost always gets himself hurt, but nothing Horrable. There is quite a bit of language, but a 10-Year-Old would be allowed to hear it. Overall, Take you 11-Year-old sons to see this!

Lots of action ... yet very funny!! (best for teens)
I loved this movie...BUT could have done without the language in it. I took my kids 11 & 6 to see it, some of the 'bad' words went right over her head and my 11yr old picked up some new ones. They thought it was funny and liked the action, but I was uncomfortable with some of the words they used not to mention seeing Max's bare butt in the end! Wish I found this web site before going to see it.

I love get smart! The only thing that would be inappropriate for young kids would be some minor violence and other minor things. But other than that this is a great funny movie that I can't wait to see again!

I love this movie, but there is lots of sexual behavior, for example 99 is shown with not much on. Lots of language. And many, many jokes about overweight people, but if you're the right age, it's awesome!

Funny for anyone over 13/14
Thought it was the most hilarious movie I had seen ever. Unfortunately there is way to much sexual comments, language, and further inappropriateness. Not for anyone under 13 and only good for mature 13-14 year olds.

One of the funniest movies I've seen this year!!!
Steve Carell, Alan Arkin, Dwayne " The Rock" Johnson,and many more star in one of the funniest movies I've seen this year. This movie has a lot of action Some of the action is funny,but most of it looks real. There is some language that includes mild insults,but most of the language has bad words. I think that Get Smart is appropriate for kids ages 11+. I also gave this movie a B+. I thought this movie was hilarious, and action - packed at the same time.

I love this movie. so ya i was at my bff's lakehouse and she has a five year old sister and she was okay with it but she didn't really understand the what the bad language ment. i think ok for eight and up but if ur older todler wants to c this maybe. all in all this was awsome

This movie was great! I can watch it over and over again, and still laugh out loud! There was A BIT of crude humor and some language, but other than that is was perfectly fine!! Steve Carell, Anne Hathaway, and Dwayne Johnson were hilarious as usual! It was really funny all the time, and I didn't find myself bored either. I would give this movie an A+!!!

Best comedy I've ever seen~
I've seen this movie maybe four times now, and it still makes me laugh really hard. There aren't really any "slow" parts where it's boring; I was laughing almost constantly. It's not really sick humor either, most of it's pretty clean if you ask me. :)

I thought this movie was very hilarious. I actually saw it twice in theatres, once with my friends and once with my family. Both times I saw it, I just laughed and laughed. I feel that some kids around age 11 and under wouldn't get the jokes. But it is a great movie if you are looking for a laugh.

This movie had a TON of cuss words. TERRIBLE cuss words and it definatley stuck in your mind. It had a good plot, but it is not good for kids under 12.

Funny, but slightly inappropriate.
The movie is very funny. I think it could have easily been rated PG except for in the last 15 minutes of the movie it shows the main character bowing in front of a large audience with a rip on his pants with his butt clearly visable.
