Perfect for 6 year olds that are about to turn 7.
In this movie, at one point, the little boy was speaking in another language, so it had to use subtitles. one of the words in the subtitles did say the d-word.

The best thing about this movie was that my son and I had the best conversation about what to do in the case that we got separated.

"Bean Sabine Bean Sabine Bean Sabine!"
The use of 'what the hell' and "d*mn" are a bit of a tender use of language.

Diaster movie
Awful things keep happening to Mr. Bean! A great movie the whole family will love. Not as good as the first Mr. Bean movie but still satisfying! Fine for kids 7 and up! 3/5

Frenchie
I was surprised, It's pace is like an old silent movie and the story is a bit like an art film by Jim Jarmusch or the like. The characters all come together for a very nice ending.

Good Family Movie for 4+
I think Mr. Bean's Holiday is a good family film although small kids will flinch at a somewhat scary scene or two and probably could not read the subtitles--which actually include two d words.

OK, but not great
A movie I find slightly annoying, but young kids will enjoy it a lot. One character says the D word one or two times, but most kids who are watching it will not notice, as it is in subtitles. It's ok, I guess.

I really like the movie Mr Beans Holiday. i recommend it to people who enjoy slapstick comedy. There are a couple of concerns and, surprisengly, a highlight. BAD ROLE MODELS Mr Bean isn't a good role model to anybody, he steals things (comicaly though) and does some very stupid and dangerous things kids might try in the real world. A man also commits suicide but that blows over kids' heads. PRODUCT PLACEMENT A Sony video camcorder which belongs to Mr Bean comes up all the time and even plays an important role in the film. LANGUAGE A boy says "d*mn" in Russian once. EDUCATIONAL VALUE This movie does teach children about France and the language. Also a bit of Russian. Overall, it's a great movie which can teach but remember... it is Mr Bean.

suicide a joke?
It's fun, it's light entertainment, it's pretty clean. But I was really troubled by the inclusion of a suicide. It's treated as a joke, with no sense of suspense, fear, or tragedy, so it won't scare kids. But I don't want my kids to be laughing when a person decides to take his own life. Life is sacred. Because of that scene, this movie won't be showing on family movie night in our home.

This is a very funny movie with some slapstick violence. One character is very self centered and viewed as the bad guy. Alot of the movie's dialougue is in different languages, with subtitles. Twice, a character says "d*mn" but it's subtitled. Good family movie.
