What Parents Need to Know
About Pat the Bunny: Playdates
Parents need to know that this DVD is aimed at parents and babies aged 6 to 36 months and Common Sense Media agrees with the American Academy of Pediatrics, which recommends no screen time at all until age two. The activities and simple games depicted are great jumping-off points for real-world interaction, and babies of every ethnicity are depicted.

Families Can Talk About
- Families can view the four playdates and then decide which activities might best suit their baby. Like the individual playdates, you can choose a single theme like making sounds or moving and group a few short activities together for your child. Try using a favorite stuffed animal to help the play along.
