This is a very good film with an exceptional twist, but it is definitely not for kids. The ultra-gore may put a lot of people off and the anti-heroic message gives kids the wrong idea (that killing people for notorious profit is right, not wrong). Although the so-called hero eventually turns against the organization, it's too little, too late for all of the people he harvested. Another thing most people may not like is the "Bad Good Twist" at the end, but I don't want to give too much away. PARENTS: use EXTREME caution when deciding whether or not to let your kids or teens see this. This is an extremely bloody film with numerous grisly images of harvesting organs, brutal murders, and a shockingly grotesque climax. Plus, lots of surgery and some experimentation. Also, there's a sex club (not strip, but sex), steamy love scenes, an array of colorfully vivid swear words, and plenty of drinking. If you are a mature teen or adult that can handle gore, I welcome you to this bizarre world of organized man-slaughter. If not, I recommend How to Train Your Dragon. Thanks for reading - Movie Man

OK, it looks like a 10 year old down at the bottom put that this movie is ok for 10 year olds... well its not. it has over the top gore.. really 90% of this movie is scenes with gore. even though it is gory it is a really cool movie and idea. theres alot of fight scenes and alot of action that make this movie not boring. The sexual content, one part in the whole movie is where the two guys go to a strip club and theres like 15 seconds of nudity. langauge is not too bad, it didnt seem like too much. but overall good action, good idea and good movie
