Violent and dark.
Parents need to know that this movie is extremely dark,bloody,gory,violent,suspenseful and scary.There are over 46 people killed in the movie and it is very bloody.I watched it on DVD in the Unrated and Undead edition which I suppose is bloodier.Anyway,15 up just to safe.This movie contains themes of cannibalism,torture and necrophilia so I wouldn't recommend it to immature or tweeny kids.
