Parents need to know that this full-length movie features the cast of Disney's TV series My Friends Tigger & Pooh, so your preschoolers may take an interest in the show (if they're not already fans) after enjoying this fun-filled tale. Kids will relate to the characters' troubles with friends, and the movie's positive messages about communication, compassion, and acceptance of others are so entwined in the plot that it's impossible even for youngsters to miss them. Mildly bad behavior (Rabbit is very bossy to his friends, for example) is resolved in a friendly manner, giving kids good examples of handling a variety of interpersonal conflicts. And if that's not enough reason to tune in, the seven catchy songs that underscore these messages should do the trick.
What's the story?
In TIGGER & POOH AND A MUSICAL TOO, the Hundred Acre Wood clan learns that respect and understanding can help overcome any problem that arises between friends. The story begins at a picnic Rabbit's (Ken Sansom) organized to celebrate the group's friendship. As a token of their appreciation for his hard work, his pals appoint him Mayor, but trouble ensues when Rabbit uses his new power to create a laundry list of rules that wind up making life unbearable for the Hundred Acre Wood residents. Darby (Chloe Moretz), Pooh (Jim Cummings), Tigger (Cummings again), and their pals must remind Rabbit that kindness and compassion are integral parts of being a good friend.
Is it any good?
A.A. Milne's timeless characters (as well as more recent additions like Darby and Lumpy) receive yet another makeover in this CG-enhanced movie that celebrates the enduring bonds of friendship and reminds viewers that just as any of us can cause strife within relationships, we're all capable of playing peacemaker as well. The story's emphasis on communication and respect for others is unmistakable, and these and other strong messages are further emphasized in delightful original songs like "One Big Happy Family" and "Underneath the Same Sky."
Because this movie is closely tied to its parent series My Friends Tigger & Pooh, kids getting their first exposure to the energetic cast with this story may express a new interest in seeing the show. For those who are already fans, this movie offers the characters – including Pooh, Tigger, and Darby, also known as the Super Sleuths – a fresh opportunity to use their skills of observation and critical thinking to solve what many kids will see as familiar problems between friends. Catchy music, great morals, and endearing characters parents and kids can relate to make this movie one for the masses, so curl up with your youngsters and enjoy the show.

when i saw my daughter watching this bloodfest, i beat her with a crucifix. the funny thing is were agnostic so I don't even know how a crucifix got in my house. VERY VERY BAD ROLE MODELS!!! ( and lots of meanies too!)

Adding aerosols to the upper china toursatmosphere could modify the chemistry of the upper atmosphere, affecting ozone and thereby having possible unintended impacts on the lower atmosphere.
