What Parents Need to Know

About The Wedding Date

Parents need to know that this movie includes some strong material for a PG-13, including brief partial nudity, explicit sexual references (including prostitution, infidelity, a joke about an orgasm, the idea that "the best sex is make-up sex," and a drunken sexual encounter that is supposed to be romantic), smoking and a lot of drinking (characters get drunk and hung over).

Stayed up late to watch this one

I read some of the other reviews and they weren't so positive. I actually thought this was a pretty good movie. I watched it on TV, so I'm not sure if they edited a lot of the content, but I don't think that the language or sexual content was too explicit for a PG-13 rating. It wasn't one of Debra Messing's best acting performances, but it was good overall.

    Forget this one...

We rented this one. Glad I didn't spend my money at the theater. Sex, language, drinking...just not cool. I didn't like the movie all. My husband thought it was just okay.
