    This is a feel-good CD with a gentle message of hope.
 

What to watch out for

  • Violence:

    There's a gentle "peace, love, and understanding" message throughout.

  • Sex:

    "I'm not saying I don't like temptation; I'm just looking for the right temptation" is about as racy as it gets.

  • Language:

    It's all squeaky-clean.

  • Consumerism:

    One guy drives a Jaguar--that's about it.

  • Drinking, drugs, & smoking:

    The occasional references are anti-drug.

Parents need to know that this soundtrack is appropriate for a broader range than the movie it's inspired by, which is rated PG-13 for some sexual references. These songs, like most gospel music, are uplifting and energizing. Young children from non-Christian households may have a few questions, though.
