What Parents Need to Know
About Hook Me Up
Parents need to know that although this Aussie sister act is the opening band for the Jonas Brothers' tour, they aren't quite the squeaky-clean image that is, so far, JoBros. They're edgy and sexy, and the few curse words here and there and obvious sexual innuendo garnered an "Explicit" rating for this album. It's relatable to teens with talk about loss, love, and regret.

Families Can Talk About
- Families can talk about the fact that The Veronicas are on tour with the ever-popular, also familial band, the Jonas Brothers. Do you think this will automatically launch their career in the U.S.? What do you think about the fact that their album has a "Parental Advisory," yet they're the opening act for the Disney, super-clean trio of the Jonas Brothers?

Ok for older kids but NOT for tweens!
Sexual Content is unnecessary! They have some very catchy songs but too much innuendo.

Great Songs!
I don't know why it's rated 13+, it's not THAT bad except for a few words here and there. I like this album a lot.
