Pray they live to honor their Heavenly Father

Watched "Jonas"TV. Heard CD. Went to Mellon Arena concert. No crotch grabbing, hip gyrations. No swearing. Nothing but a little fliration from Joe Jonas who worked the crowd well. Kevin and Nick are clear-eyed talented musicians who carry an aura of fan appreciation and a dedication to something other than stardom. I pray these boys stay close to their pastor father and live to please their Heavenly Father thanking him for the Gift of the Holy Spirit. I feel this is their attractive Force and they should share that fact more often with their impressionable fans.

    my kids love them

I have 2 daughters, (9 and 12) My 9 year old likes all three, even Kevin. I like Kevin too, (lol) But my oldest daughter calls them 'hot' and what not, and shes almost a teen, what can I say, shes into boys, and Im glad shes into good, kid friendly boys who have good music. Very very good for kids, its rock, but its good for kids.

    Surprising Music

I was truly expecting to find their cd sappy and ridiculous. There are definitely a few of those songs, but I was very surprised by the variety of musical themes incorporated into the songs. I'd recommend this CD to anyone. The songs are fun and catchy, though obviously very teen-pop. I've seen plenty of boy-bands and others in concert and I'm sure the Jonas Brothers sound very different in that venue, as any other group does, but the CD is polished and fun, as well as a good choice for any teen. MUCH better than Avril, Britney or any of the other recent pop poster children.

    Not so good

Though I am older, I do think I know good music. Even just the music end of it without lyrics. I sat out 24 hours for front row seats for 5 girls. I just dont think they are any good. For $50 a seat I expect better. I just sat camped out for Raven tickets and I expect her show will be very good. These guys just cant sing that well and the songs are just to forgettable. I take the girls, grand daughter and god daughter to Broadway shows and concerts and try to expose them to anything age appropriate that has some value. Just saw Little Mermaid in NYC and it was charming. I do ramble so let me finish. I think taking our kids to concerts is great, and I will continue to do so, I just thought these guys were not very good. Just my opinion.

    So Fantastic!

Like many, we are huge Jonas Brothers fans in our house. About all we watch is the Disney Channel; I am a young mom and my daughter is still small. How delighted was I to discover this group? This is the style and tempo of music I enjoy, and there is little else I am comfortable playing in my daughter's company because of the content I'm not ready for her to pick up. I listened to a lot of edgy rock, pop and indie music, and as a young adult the dark, violent or sexual themes never really occurred to me. It won't do now, passing the afternoon with a 4 year old. I have to admit, as a mom, the Jonas Brothers have come to my rescue!! There is no issue for me playing this, and enjoying it with my very young girl. Now I can share my taste with her and we rock out together with no concerns. They are talented and wholesome, their emotion and performance are genuine, and it makes me feel like a teen again listening to them. Don't hesitate to jump on this bandwagon, I think they are destined to join the pop music pantheon.

SOMETHING I CAN SHARE WITH MY 12-YR-OLD!

I think this band is great! Their music is fun and they display a lot of talent for their ages. My 12-yr-old daughter discovered their first album and counted down the days till this recent one. We listen to both of them together and I am impressed with their clean lyrics and some very good thoughts behind their songs (check out the encouraging lyrics to "Hold On.") Lots of fun for kids and Moms!

Appropriate, Clean Lyrics- Nearly all Ages

While I am not a personal fan of the Jonas Brothers, I have heard many of their songs. They're messages are relatively positive/appropriate for all ages. Some of their songs have lyrics that could be found inappropriate for younger children.

    2-4 year olds

Are you kidding me?? THEE WORST BAND OF ALL TIME. My opinion. Their music has turned little 2-7 year old girls into monsters. Just look at Youtube. They go around EVERYWHERE making up these phrases "Love, Peace, Jonas" and talk like they are mental. "Jonas Brothers R soo HAWT, Nick is awl MINE!!!1112" Jonas Brothers NEED to come to an end. At least we still have Metallica, Iron Maiden, and AC/DC around to play awesome music.

    Their a good band.

Jonas Brothers is a band approiate for all ages. I love their music and they can't help it if girls like them. The lyrics are clean without any cussing. I think the Jonas Brothers are a cool band. Most guys are jealous of the Jonas Brothers because girls like them a lot. Well some guys should grow up.

    Oh, God no.

Searching: 9-11 music. First thing that popped up? THE JONAS BROTHERS. Seriously, Common Sense? Maybe it's just me and my friends...but at my school, my friends and I like music along the lines of My Chemical Romance, Alesana, Three Days Grace, Green Day pre-American Idiot, and Blink-182. I mean, really. Ugh.

    brandonrocks97, grow up! Great CD

The lyrics are 'slipping into the lava and I'M TRYING TO KEEP FROM GOING UNDER'. NOT 'i'll probably steal your daughter'. These are three christian guys whose music is as squeaky clean as you can find it when the brothers range in ages from 16-21(15-20 when this CD came out), they even wear purity rings for pete sake(and they're the ones that started the disney tweeny bopper ring trend). and those lyrics are also from the CD 'a little bit longer'(single, 'burnin' up'), not their sophomore effort where this is posted. don't post about something unless you have your facts straight and you KNOW what you're talking about, a simple lyrics search would show you that those lyrics are incorrect. Great CD, I've liked them since before it was cool(and then dorky for teens. there's such a thing as TOO much tween appeal). Great first love song CD for girls whose parents want to stay away from things like jesse mccartney's 3ard album.

    Why?

I'm slipping into the lava, and I'll probably steal your daughter is what the lyrics should be. They aren't good, they are trying to make as much money as they can (notice all the cameos on TV) and they have a movie coming out the day before Valentine's Day. Coincidence? I think not.

Kids, Branch out to other bands.

Seriously, what is so great about these guys. i've heard better bands that talk about the same instances of love or relationships. for instance Rufio is a really good band that deals with the same things. they're also kid appropriate. none of their songs are bad or vulgar. Jonas Brothers are also not that good in there music. they play the same chords and the only real life in the song are the back up musicains who add some llife in the songs. i don't hate them, just there are better bands than them.

    Jonas Brothers are AWESOME!

The Jonas Brothers sre singing about real life experiences that teenagers are going through. There songs help teens get through the difficult times in a fun, energic way. People describe their music as middle-school band. Im a sophomore in high school and i lovveee them and their music. I know people in college that would rather listen to their meaningful music than hip hop, which all they talk about is drugs, sex, and violence. Plus, the boys are living their dreams in their own way, and I think its best the best way! =]

    WOW!!!!!!!!

This is my favorite album! I'm a Christian, and I'm so glad the Jonas Brothers are keeping their Christian faith clean in their music. There is nothing sexual in this CD (Talk of breakups and girls and stuff, but they also talk about staying faithful and loving them for who they are). This is a WONDERFUL CD that I hightly recommend for all ages!
