Why We Rated This on for Ages 12 and Up

The good stuff

  • Messages:

    A-OK

What to watch out for

  • Violence:

    No violence here.
  • Sex:

One song, "Shut Up," leaves little to the imagination ("When we take our clothes off/don't you know the world stops" and "You bite my neck/I pull your hair/next thing you know no underwear"). The rest is full-tilt sap.
  • Language:

    As clean as can be.
  • Consumerism:

    No obvious commercial tie-ins.
  • Drinking, drugs, & smoking:

    No obvious references.

What Parents Need to Know

About SoulO

Parents need to know that they may want to prescreen "Shut Up," in which an argument is stopped by everyone getting naked.

I rate this title on for age 2 and give it 2.0

    Boring.

There were maybe 2 good songs on here- Edge of Eternity and Carry On. I was going to buy this for a friend but once I heard Shut Up I decided not to. It's very sappy and very boring for the most part.
