What Parents Need to Know

This review of `What Time Is It?` (CD single) was written by Kathi Kamen Goldmark

Parents need to know that this CD single was designed to whet your tween's appetite as she waits for the Disney Channel's event of the year: High School Musical 2. The content is family-safe and dance-party fun, and the package features the single -- a cheerful, rockin' anthem to summer -- as well as a video preview (activated when you put the disc into your computer; it doesn't work on a regular DVD player), and a fold-out poster of the six stars.
