Miley Montana or Hannah Cyrus has a way of attracting girls. I think she is terrible at singing and is to much of a wanna be.

Over-Commercialized, Bubblegum pop GARBAGE
In terms of appropriateness, it's perfectly fine for all ages. In terms of MUSIC however, it is absolutly HORRIBLE! The melodies are unoriginal, The skill needed to play is mediocre, and Miley/Hannahs tendency to oversing is painfully obvious.
