i aggree with common sense all Britney seems to focus on now adays is singing and talking about sex. the songs may sound good but listen closley to the words and watch the music videos ( there inaprpreat) but still i love the songs!
Sad. Why does Spears sound like a chipmunk nowadays? Sex filled content songs like Mmm papi and If you Seek Amy are full of it. Britney thinks she's so great and gorgeous well NEWS FLASH! There are hotter people out there who don't advertise their sexual lives on CD'S!
I love the song. but I do think it is bad for kids to see under 8. I think there is a little sex. so far this is my favorite artist. Iv'e only seen 4 music videos. And the lion might be scary for some kids.
I LOVE this CD! I got it for Christmas three or four years ago, and I still listen to it! I especially love the songs Blur and Circus. If U Seek Amy is sort of innuendo, but if a kid, for some reason listens to it, they probably won't get what it means, it took me a few months when I first got it. Not that I'm saying that you should let your five year old watch it, I'm just saying that if they hear it once or twice, it's not that big of a deal. Overall, some censored swearing (f,s...) but nothing TERRIBLE.
I love the song "Circus" and the song "Toxic", and "Baby One More Time". Those are the only songs I like by Britney Spears. Way too much language and innuendo.
It's a good album. There's the few swears, which I think 12 year olds probably hear every day and probably is in their vocabulary. If U Seek Amy, unless you have a dirty ear, you won't get it. I know I didn't get it the first time, its got a completely different meaning, so I think it's also ok. Mmm Papi says nothing graphic, just talks about making out, (?!?) which I'm pretty sure kids can handle. That's about it. The album is fine for a 12 year old to listen to.
Britney, Britney, Britney. What are you going to do with your self. STOP SINGING SEX SONGS, hopefully. O.K. all done there. circus is all about being in the center stage hogging the spotlight. end o' story.
Honey, I hate to break it to ya, you may need sex theripy.
I love the songs, but of course... the meaning. But I'm not going to diss the whole thing because the meaning is discusting. I still love the music and she has talent. Actually some of her songs do have good value.
Listen close: "All the boys and all the girls are beggin' to if U seek Amy". Don't get it? Let's change it: "beggin' to F-U-seek Amy". STILL don't get it? I'll change all the words: "beggin' to F-*-C-K me". Yep. The f-bomb.
Sexy Album that Curses with a bad role model and bad messages
Britney isn't a good role model; her music doesn't express good messages. This album would be best given to 17 and up, no younger. "If you seek Amy" is a play on words (if you haven't figured that out already) and most of the songs have sexual innuendos
Britney Spears... I'm not gonna get started. The only songs I have off this album are Womanizer, Circus, and Shattered Glass. Which are all pretty appropriate songs. If U Seek Amy is said so fast in the chorus that it spells out F.U.C.K ME. So thats obviously not appropriate. and there is a song that says "this sh** is way to f***ing bright... which isnt good either haha.
