What parents need to know

Parents need to know that this is the first single off Randy Jackson's (fellow American Idol judge) upcoming CD, Randy Jackson's Music Club. Content-wise, there's nothing at all to worry about. The track's music video is also fine, showing Abdul dancing in conservative outfits.

What's the story?

Paula Abdul's first single since 1996 is all about the joy and release that dancing brings.

Is it any good?

Slightly reminiscent of her '80s sound, Abdul also brings in some modern electronic influence. It manages to stay sophisticated while being completely appropriate for young kids -- especially those that love to dance. You may want to write her off, but Abdul's new stuff might just be worth checking out.
