What to talk about

Talk to your kids
  • Families cna talk about how Dora the Explorer has been around for a long time now, and how she's as much a fixture in the life of a toddler and preschooler as Cheerios and Crocs are. Is it okay for kids to love all things Dora? When is a fascination for a character too much?

  • Dora is a spunky, go-getter who never gives up and is always kind to others. Do you try to be like Dora? What is your favorite thing about Dora? How does watching her show make you feel?

What's the story?

What's the story?

DORA THE EXPLORER: WE DID IT! is a greatest hits album featuring all the well-known fan favorites from the endlessly successful Nick Jr. TV show, Dora the Explorer. From Dora's theme song to "Backpack" and the "Cleanup Song," the 15 tracks include every song your little Dora fans love, including 5 previously unreleased tracks. Latin singer Shakira guest sings on the warm-hearted, "Todos Juntos," a song about doing things together.

Is it any good?

Is it any good?

If your preschooler loves Dora, then they will love this greatest hits album. It's like listening to the show, but with all the familiar favorites. As if you or your toddler hadn't already had enough with Dora on the TV, the Dora backpack, Dora pajamas, and the Dora dreamhouse, now your little explorers can listen to Dora everywhere they go. The new tracks showcase a slightly more mature sound that's still great for young fans, and feature a friendly song about togetherness sung by a fellow Latin spunkstress, Shakira.

SO FRIGHTENING I CANT GET OVER IT!!!!!!!!!
Dude this is so scary I just cant take it. You got that creepy little girl singing spanish stuff, and that monkey with the boots following her, and his name is "boots" I mean so creative. And that swipper. he gives me the chills. I had to stay home from school one day because I watched it too late. Mistake I made. I couldn't move for a week, i was so scared of that swipper dude. NEVER let your child under 82 see this, it will scar them for life. -JUST KIDDING- this is obviously for 2 year olds :)
