Lets get this straight about preteen girls!
This is an ultimate "girl power" cd. Parents, seriously, do you really think that sexual things go over the heads of girls under 13? They ACT like it does, but it really doesn't. Trust me, they're smart... they get it.

Not for the wanna-be tweens
My 7 year old daughter (going on 17!) is working on a hip-hop routine with her dance class for the song Two Step, so I bought the CD. Some of the lyrics make me blush with my daughter, and believe me, I'm no prude. I think she is way too young to have to grapple with the nuances of such lyrics as "goodies make the boys jump on it" - especially given the fact that she's had the straight forward talk about the birds and the bees. I'm new to this world of having to scrutinize the media for the kids. Glad to have a resource like this site!
