I don't think this CD is very bad at all...it does contain a few 'bad' words and some questionable lyrics, but it is nothing compared to what is played on the radio. The Veronicas' first album is cleaner, but it still contains good songs that are relatable. I would say that mature 10-12 year olds could listen to this. Also there is a clean version on iTunes that gets rid of the bad words.
As you can see by my screen name, I really love The Veronicas. They kind of dissapointed me, touring with the Jonas Brothers(so did Avril), but I'm sure they were wonderful. "Popular", "Take Me On The Floor", and "Hook Me Up"(in that order) are for sure the best.
Really, in this day and age, people don't listen to lyrics whatsoever, and listen to crap. This is really the only pop I like, and see no problem in anyone listening to it.
Well, first off, for the sake of the misled reviewers, this is an ALBUM not just the one song. This was an amazing album. Everything by The Veronicas is gorgeous (especially their first album - the harmonies are terrific) and this one is no different. This album takes a pop-ier, more techno turn than Secret Life Of... and it suits them just fine. Check them out.
